The Tinkers – in concert

18 February 2026 @ 7:30pm - 9:30 pm
Donation $20 rec
The Tinkers will be the featured artists at Jack Duggans Folk Club concert night on 18th February at 7.30pm. The Tinkers are a band who have been performing Irish music for over 20 years.
They will include the favourite and famed Central West fiddle player Simon Watts and the highly talented and versatile whistle player and singer from Blackheath Christine Wheeler (Wombats Crossing fame). Also to make it even more enticing Jim Moginie from Midnight Oils fame will be also part of the band and the veteran Irish aficionado Alan Healy. Their shows are always fun and the tunes highly danceable but they also include beautiful airs and ballads. The band includes many of their friends they have played with over the years which helps them to stay in touch. It is shaping up to being a real toe tapping night with dancing highly recommended! See you on the 18th 7.30pm! Entry donation $20 rec. Floor spots always needed.
