Frank Bulgin was an inspirational man. Born with severe disability he never let that get in the way of his ambitions.  He was a prolific poet having two books published. He was funny, witty, cheeky and politically savy. He was a treasured member of the Gosford Poets where he made the journey from his home in Mortdale all the way up there each month. He was a folkie treasure, an extreme regular at Sutherland Acoustic at Gymea and any other folkie gathering especially loving John Dengate. He won the Limerick Competition at the Illawarra Folk Festival of which he was very proud.  Not bad for a man who was proclaimed by the doctors at birth that he would never walk or talk! We thought we must celebrate this man’s passing so here is the perfect way a concert just like he would have adored. And of course he would have said his usual “Thank You”.
