Newcastle & Hunter Valley Folk Club presents –
Craig Sinclair combines timeless story-telling with a lyrical fingerstyle approach on guitar, Weissenborn and banjo, to craft a unique Australian folk sound. From whimsical ragtime country blues to evocative open-tuned textures, his absorbing live draw on rich folk traditions while being instantly relatable and contemporary.
The Peppercorns mix a wealth of musical influences on their bluegrass, swing, cajun and old-timey inspired folk tunes. Ex-West Aussie pilgrims Lara Norman and Craig Sinclair weave guitar, mandolin, violin and spine-tingling vocal harmonies on their original and traditional material.
