Dulcimer John Day #2

I wonder if anyone can help me establish the whereabouts of a dulcimer I purchased in the early 1970’s. It was made in Newcastle by the late John Day. I believe that it was the second dulcimer John had made. It came in a coffin shaped timber case and was a fine instrument.

Sadly I reluctantly sold it through Folkways in Paddington in the mid 80’s. Times were hard with a mortgage and new baby.

I have often wondered out of interest where the dulcimer came to rest. Is there anyone out there who might know?
