Young Folk Artists of the Year 2024 and 2025 in Concert
Presenting an opportunity to hear the rising folk artists of the future, the Folk Federation of NSW is delighted to partner with Bundanoon Folk Festival to bring you this unique and exciting Concert. You’ll experience both the 2024 and the 2025 under 19yrs and under 25yrs winners. The Concert will take place at 1:30pm on Saturday 22 November in The Glossy, an intimate venue set in the Hall of the Bundanoon Public School in Phillip Street.
OUR YOUNG FOLK ARTISTS ARE
Ais O’Neill – Since winning the under 19yrs 2024 Award Ais O’Neill has teamed up with father Ken (Kejafi), cranking it up with some banging modern tunes alongside beloved, reimagined songs.
Gabby Forman – 2025 under 25yrs awardee Gabi Forman, singer / songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has made th mandolin her preferred instrument writing it into her original songs about her mountains home.
Lucy Beveridge – Singer / songwriter Lucy Berveridge, under 19yrs awardee already has songwriting credits to her name. These include the John P. Toomey Award (2025) at the Tamworth Salute Songwriting Awards and two ACMF Awards in 2024 & ’25.
Sam Fletcher – Already making his presence felt both as a soloist and with his band, Sam Fletcher under 25yrs awardee 2024, creates a rich tapestry of narrative and emotion with evocative lyrics and skilful acoustic guitar and banjo.
