Rheinberger & Wilson and Emerging Artists
Rheinberger & Wilson
“A musical comedy duo combining razor-sharp songs about modern life and love with brooding accordion, gutsy guitar and sweet harmonies, Rheinberger and Wilson are a unique Australian cabaret and comedy act, going where other couples fear to tread.” Nick Rheinberger’s Acoustic Cabaret.
With Emerging Artists including:
Cavell Martin – an emerging local performer, having grown up in and around folk festivals, this has become his home. Mainly playing the acoustic guitar but with an ever growing collection of instruments, you’ll be sure to enjoy the variety of sounds, songs and emotions that this up and coming young artist has to offer.
Sam Fletcher – Indie-folk and alt-country are the signature sounds of Sam Fletcher. Influenced by the acoustic greats and the folk songs of old, Sam’s music features skilful acoustic guitar and smooth vocals. There is an old soul feeling to Sam’s performance style yet his fresh, youthful optimism shines through with magnetising energy.
Hume Conservatorium Bluegrass Band – made up of students from the Conservatorium in Goulburn, this bluegrass band is a community driven collective that unites musicians across multiple generations to share their love of more traditional/folk music forms.
