Kevin is best known in Australia for his popular duo tours here with Kieran Kane, and with the trio, Kane Welch Kaplin.
His songs have been covered by a long string of artists over the last 40 years, including Roger Miller, Waylon Jennings, Patty Loveless, The Judds, Bobby Bare, Ray Price, The Highwaymen, Linda Ronstadt, Solomon Burke, Garth Brooks, and many more.
In 2018-19, multi-Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter, Chris Stapleton, recorded and released Kevin’s song “Millionaire”, which stayed on the Billboard Chart for over 50 weeks and made it to #2.
