He is a longtime Labour activist and former union organiser based in New York.
He is also a walking jukebox of popular folk songs and classics from the past 60 years.
George brings his experience as a union organiser and educator to his concerts-stories and songs about historic events and the struggle for a better life.
His latest CD is “A world like this” and this is his first tour in Australia since 2019.
