The 2025 Cobargo Folk Festival presents an electrifying lineup that spans the folk and roots spectrum. From international sensations to beloved local talents, this year’s festival features over 70 diverse acts across multiple stages. Headliners include legendary Scottish folk-rockers Skerryvore, Canadian blues roots master Old Man Luedecke, and Australian folk icon Eric Bogle, with local favourites such as Austral, Apolline, Fred Smith, Enda Kenny, The Spooky Men’s Chorale and We Mavericks to name just a few. The festival proudly showcases First Nations artists including Glenn Skuthorpe, Radical Son, Stiff Gins, Prodikal-1, The Wallaga Dhaans and the Gulaga Dancers, sharing their powerful stories and traditions.

Dance enthusiasts can move to everything from a traditional Aussie Bushdance, a Balkan Boogie to Bollywood and a Scottish Country Dance, while poetry lovers will discover voices like Andrew Geoffrey Kwabena Moss, Robyn Sykes and David Hallett. For families, KidBargo! features special performances by DAD BAND featuring Mikelangelo and interactive sessions with Madhava’s circus skills. Multiple choirs, including the Bega Valley Male Voice Choir and Riverbend Choir, will fill the festival grounds with harmony.
