First thing first – unbelievably this will be our TENTH Get Together to play tribute and remember our friend John Dengate and our FOURTH online gathering.
Somehow it has been 11 years since he left us. I think he would be very chuffed to see how not only his words and songs are being carried on, but how his friends and family have continued to gather together each year to share our memories and stories of John.
Finding an adequate venue with the appropriate technical set up to do both a live and ZOOM event unfortunately was not to be.
So on Sunday 6th of August we will find ourselves commiserating once again via ZOOM.
