The Doctor’s Wife

The Doctors Wife is an acoustic-based duo featuring Nicky Ross and Peter Allsop from Newcastle, NSW. They write and perform original music, along with a collection of covers that they wish they had written. Peter is a multi-instrumentalist and singer/songwriter who writes about love, life and connection. Harmony features strongly in the songs he sings with partner and singer/songwriter Nicky. They have, and continue to perform at showcases, concerts and festivals throughout Australia and are active in the Hunter community music scene, often hosting house concerts.
