If you love folk as much as we do and are involved in organising folk activities big or small you are invited to FolkFedNSW’s next Folk Organiser’s meeting. This will take place via Zoom on Sunday 14 July 3:00 – 4:30pm and is very much about actioning three key initiatives (see below) to deliver positive outcomes that will support our NSW Folk communities.

1. Building a database of information about the value of the Folk Sector.
2. The appointment of a Media Officer to represent the NSW Folk Sector.
3. Establishing networks and communication channels to provide resource sharing and mentoring opportunities to support folk initiatives and/or organisers.

FolkFedNSW believes these three key initiatives are important in building a stronger, more resilient NSW Folk Sector.

If this is something you’re interested in being part of or, if there is something that would benefit you or your organisation we welcome your attendance. We already have ideas on how the above can be actioned but we’d also like to hear yours.
