The Three Audacities are a folk trio from Sydney, performing work songs and sea shanties. Emma and Dan are instrumentalists and singers, and Margaret’s famous folk voice is a perfect addition. All three are avowed lefties.
Cj Shaw is a singer, songwriter for all occasions, poet, raconteur, Primary School teacher and “all round Folk -Legend” (Timbernandsteel.com) With songwriting styles ranging from parody to contemporary folk and many shades in between, he entertains every audience with his wry wit, delicate melodies and intricate finger picking.
CJ Shaw is a rare breed indeed – urban bush poet who can strum folk like the masters and rap good for a white boy. His use of language is visceral and intellectual which means one comes back to his words and music over and over again. Candy Royalle (the late great)
