Kejafi and Broadland Trio @ Django Bar

Inspired by the music from the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Kejafi play traditional and original tunes and songs on duelling fiddles and Irish bouzouki. The trio formed in early 2018 after successfully establishing a monthly Scottish music session in Sydney in 2017. They delight their audience with their own take on traditional Scottish music and have performed at numerous festivals, gigs and functions including the 2018 St Albans Folk Festival and the 2019 Australian Celtic Festival in Glen Innes.
Broadland Trio 9:00
Broadland Trio performs original music incorporating three of their musical passions: Celtic fiddle tunes, South American Folk, and Improvisation. Get to hear them and you’ll taste sonic spices harvested from all over, transporting you to places with deep atmosphere. Broadland trio were runner up in the 2017 Zavod Classical Jazz Fusion Awards, For their composition Uyuni. Currently, they are mixing their debut album, Airs of Places Passed, based on places they have all been, places that have left deep impressions on them. Don’t miss these amazing players
